   • If users are using the Legacy web app via IE11 then attempt to visit the new experience Refresh URL. Then the user should encounter a view that recommends the user to use a supported browser from above.
   • If the user is in the legacy experience via IE11 the “Beta Experience toggle” should not be visible.
